Terms & Conditions
When making a purchase from THE INSECT PLACE website, it is acknowledged that you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
• Orders will be sent via 1st Class Next Day delivery and will in most cases arrive the following day as long as an order is received by 2pm
• Orders will be sent as soon as possible once an order has been paid for. In most cases orders are sent out the same day. A confirmation email will be sent once an order has been posted
• The postage and packaging fee is £2 no matter how many items you order.
• Payments are handled by the payment gateway PayPal which accepts debit and credit cards and bank and PayPal balance transfers
• The Insect Place reserves the right to refuse service to customers who may have committed or tried to commit fraud by using payment from another party without said persons knowledge or consent, for example; using a PayPal account that is not in their name without the account holders permission.
• orders may be delayed due to bad weather conditions or other factors out of our control. We will of course try to resolve any problems as soon as possible.
• THE INSECT PLACE does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items. In the unlikely event of such an occurance, please let us know, we might refund part of the order depending on circumstances.
